Job Profile

· As an HR/ ADMIN manager he will be  responsible for the welfare of the organization's staff.

· Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.

· You must make sure that the organization is employing the right people, with the right kills and qualifications for the job.

· You'll need an excellent understanding of how the organization operates its business requirements and commercial objectives.

· You'll work very closely with other departments and provide an information resource for both employees and senior management.

· You'll be concerned with developing, advising, implementing and communicating management policies.

· Essentially, you'll be responsible for :Employment law - working conditions, disciplinary and grievance procedures

· Recruitment - hiring staff, producing job descriptions, organizing interviews

· Training and development

· Salary reviews - researching salaries and ensuring they are in line with legal requirements and industry standard
