Job Description:
·        Acquire and develop new restaurant partners for Tablebookers' reservation and table management services
·        Communicate and educate product features to restaurant owner and/or restaurant group

·        Manage, interpret, and define restaurant customer requirements

·        Contribute to the creation and ongoing improvement of business and sales processes
·        Provide customer support personnel with product and service feedback(s) regularly
·        Travel across the city to gather market and customer information
·        Focus on alliances with large restaurant chains
·        Work closely with restaurants, hotels and users to update information on our database
·        Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
·        Cross-sell/promote premium table offerings
·        Continuously research on new restaurants/hotels in the city

Candidate profile

Qualification - Graduates with or without experience

Skills
* Comfortable with sales presentations with small and medium sized businesses
* Results oriented with excellent prospecting and cold calling skills
* High level of initiative, professionalism, and good communication skills - both verbal and written
* Strong networking, time management and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in the use of MS Office
